摘要:電壓型變頻器直流環(huán)節(jié)并入電容對整流電路的輸出進行濾波,理論上電容值越大,電壓紋波越小,但是從空間和成本上考慮并不能如此。詳細論述了三相輸入和單相輸入變頻器濾波電容的計算方法,為電壓型變頻器不同功率的負載所需濾波電容的選擇提供了理論依據(jù)。最后通過實驗證明了該算法可行、可靠,不僅保證了產(chǎn)品的性能,更節(jié)約了成本。

Abstract:DC—link in voltage SOU rce inverters combining with capacitors to smooth the output of the rectifier circuits,theoretically,the larger the capaeitors are,the less the tipples will be. However,taking the space and cOSt into account,it is not reliable to add s()many capacitors.The computing method of the filter capacitors of three—phase inverters and the single—phase ones are illustrated.On the basis of this method,the proper capacitors can be easily choosed for diferent power loads The method is proved to he useful and reliable by experimental results.Using this method,the product performance is improved and the cost is also cut down.

0 引言
雖然利用整流電路可以將交流電變換成直流電,但是在三相電路中這種直流電壓或電流含有頻率為電源頻率6倍的電壓或電流紋波。此外.變頻器逆變電路也將因輸出和載波頻率等原因而產(chǎn)生紋波電壓或電流,并反過來影響直流電壓或電流的品質。因此,為了保證逆變電路和控制電路能夠得到高質量的直流電壓或電流,必須對直流電壓或電流進行濾波,以減少電壓或電流的脈動。
