摘 要:
提出一種能實現(xiàn)進給速度控制的函數(shù)曲線直接生成的新方法及實現(xiàn)方案,由被加工函數(shù)曲線方程推導出各軸向速度控制模型,對各軸向步進電機速度直接控制,實現(xiàn)加工點的給定合成進給速度和運動軌跡.同時較好地解決了曲線精確步進與敷控系統(tǒng)容量的矛盾。仿真實驗結果驗證了該控制方法的正確性和可行性。

Abstract:
This paper presents a new method for machining fonctional curves to reach the specified feedrate.a(chǎn)nd derive the speed controlled models from the curve representation function.With the proposed method the speed of stepping motor of every axes can be controlled dhectly so the motion spoed becomes smooth.which is of great importance of keeping stepping motor retating steadily from missing steps.Meanwhile the confhict between part percision and CNC machine’s memory resolved.The motion accuracy and feasibility of the proposed method have been verified with provided intersecting curve example.
