摘 要:本文介紹了電阻應(yīng)變式傳感器的工作原理,重點(diǎn)分析了電子天平的硬件電路結(jié)構(gòu)和比例測量方法,并給出了系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)流程圖,文章對提高系統(tǒng)精度所采取的措施進(jìn)行了說明,最后給出了電子天平所達(dá)到的技術(shù)指標(biāo)。

Abstract: This article introduced the working principle of resistor strain type sensor, the hardware circuit structure and the proportion measuring technique in the electronic scales were introduced with emphasis, and the programming flow diagrams of the system were illustrated, the article also introduced the techniques for precision improving in the system, finally the accuracy of the electronic scales was given.

電子天平具有測量速度快,精度高,操作簡單方便,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)自動校準(zhǔn),自動去皮重等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),使得它廣泛應(yīng)用于國防、科研、工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)及人們的日常生活之中;電子天平的核心部件是稱重傳感器,電阻應(yīng)變式傳感器因具有精度高、穩(wěn)定性好、制作方便、工藝成熟、價(jià)格便宜等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),已被應(yīng)用到了幾乎所有稱重領(lǐng)域和各種測力領(lǐng)域。
1、電阻應(yīng)變式傳感器的工作原理
電阻應(yīng)變式傳感器由感壓裝置、電阻應(yīng)變片和惠斯登測量電路三部分組成,其工作原理是:被測負(fù)載作用在彈性感壓裝置上使其發(fā)生彈性形變;通過粘性物質(zhì)使粘貼在感壓裝置上的電阻應(yīng)變片發(fā)生形變,進(jìn)而轉(zhuǎn)化成應(yīng)變片的阻值大小變化;通過惠斯登測量電路將電阻應(yīng)變片的阻值變化,轉(zhuǎn)化為與負(fù)載成正比的電信號輸出.
