摘 要:本文介紹了基于TMS320F28X的新型勵(lì)磁控制系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)具有如下技術(shù)特色:⑴充分開(kāi)發(fā)片上硬件資源,配合動(dòng)態(tài)采樣時(shí)間算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)整周期同步交流采樣,從而提高系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)品質(zhì)和獲取深度狀態(tài)信息;⑵集自動(dòng)控制和在線故障診斷于一體:充分利用DSP芯片強(qiáng)大的信號(hào)處理功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多診斷方法相融合的遞階故障診斷和容錯(cuò)處理;⑶基于eCAN 總線的雙機(jī)熱備,大大提高了系統(tǒng)可靠性和可擴(kuò)展性。

Abstract: A new type excitation control system based on 32 bits DSP is introduced in this paper. The technical features of this system are as follows: 1.realizing period synchronous AC sampling, improving system dynamic quality and acquiring deep degree state information, by fully developing hardware resource on the chip and coordinating with dynamic sampling time algorithm, 2.integrating automatic control with on-line fault diagnosis. Fully employing the strong signal processing function of DSP chip, realizing hierarchical fault diagnosis and fault tolerant processing in multi diagnosis methods fusion 3.double controller standby based on eCAN bus greatly improving system reliability and expandability.

1. 引言
目前國(guó)家大力發(fā)展電力事業(yè),同時(shí)對(duì)發(fā)電質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的管理,市場(chǎng)迫切需求大量先進(jìn)的電力控制設(shè)備。勵(lì)磁控制系統(tǒng)是發(fā)電廠(站)的核心設(shè)備,其品質(zhì)和可靠性直接影響正常發(fā)電和發(fā)電質(zhì)量。國(guó)內(nèi)外勵(lì)磁控制系統(tǒng)經(jīng)歷了從模擬控制到微機(jī)控制的發(fā)展過(guò)程,目前以微機(jī)控制為主,基于32位DSP的新型勵(lì)磁控制系統(tǒng)是高端產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展方向。TMS320F28X系列是TI公司為控制應(yīng)用量身定做的32位DSP,其特點(diǎn)是⑴片上控制功能豐富,具有多種通訊接口,⑵集控制功能和信號(hào)處理功能于一體,⑶運(yùn)算速度快。本勵(lì)磁控制系統(tǒng)針對(duì)控制要求,充分發(fā)揮F28X的特點(diǎn),以同步交流采樣取代直流采樣,大大提高了系統(tǒng)控制品質(zhì);以基于eCAN 總線的雙機(jī)熱備取代單機(jī)運(yùn)行,大大提高系統(tǒng)可靠性;本勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)還創(chuàng)造性地將設(shè)備在線故障診斷和自動(dòng)控制融為一體,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多診斷模型相融合的在線故障診斷和故障容錯(cuò)處理,大大簡(jiǎn)化了設(shè)備的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修,提高了設(shè)備的可維護(hù)性,深受用戶歡迎。
