摘 要: 在討論寬帶RF—IF采樣下變頻器工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)地推導(dǎo)了5種典型的調(diào)制模式,并對(duì)采樣下變頻器本振信號(hào)的頻率要求進(jìn)行了論述。通過(guò)運(yùn)算實(shí)例給出了采樣頻率 及其有效位數(shù)的計(jì)算公式,結(jié)果證明及其有效位數(shù)與射頻帶寬無(wú)關(guān),只取決于中頻的頻譜分辨能力。

Abstract: Based on discussions Oil the operating principle of the broadband samlzling down—converters,five typical modulation modes are deduced.Spe cial requirement for the frequency selection of the local signals in the sampling down—con—verters is also given.The calculating formula of the sampling frequency and its significant digit are presented through COB—putation examples.Computational results show that fs and its significant digit are not related to the RF bandwidth,and only determ ined by the resolution of the IF spectrum.

引 言
基于s參數(shù)的小信號(hào)分析理論及其儀器設(shè)備(如矢量信號(hào)發(fā)生器、矢量信號(hào)分析儀、矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀等)及其SPICE、HARMONIC BALANCE等EDA開(kāi)發(fā)工具的發(fā)明,曾使射頻電子產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)生革命性的變革。幾十年來(lái),人們對(duì)s參數(shù)的理論根深蒂固,堅(jiān)信它是解決各種射頻問(wèn)題的萬(wàn)能工具。然而,s參數(shù)理論僅嚴(yán)格限于滿足疊加定理的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合。這意味著射頻網(wǎng)絡(luò)輸入的電平必須足夠小,這和當(dāng)今的射頻網(wǎng)絡(luò)(例如射頻功放輸入)電平的實(shí)際使用情況形成尖銳的矛盾。為此,自上世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),射頻微波網(wǎng)絡(luò)的非線性特性與大信號(hào)建模研究成為研究熱點(diǎn)。在開(kāi)展射頻微波網(wǎng)絡(luò)的大信號(hào)非線性測(cè)量與模型化及應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究方面,開(kāi)發(fā)出了供下一代通信系統(tǒng)用的射頻微波設(shè)計(jì)、仿真開(kāi)發(fā)工具和新的測(cè)試設(shè)備。
