摘要：空冷器風(fēng)機(jī)在DCS系統(tǒng)中的狀態(tài)只有正常運(yùn)行顯示，沒有停機(jī)或者故障顯示，變頻器保護(hù)停機(jī)后的再啟動(dòng)的時(shí)間間隔將會(huì)引起系統(tǒng)操作參數(shù)波動(dòng)，影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和正常生產(chǎn)。針對這種情況將變頻參數(shù)優(yōu)化與控制線路改進(jìn)，使空冷器風(fēng)機(jī)變頻器保護(hù)停運(yùn)時(shí)，DCS系統(tǒng)能顯示空冷器風(fēng)機(jī)停運(yùn)并發(fā)出報(bào)警信號，重新啟動(dòng)時(shí)間由原來3 min減少到5 S以內(nèi)，大大縮短了空冷器風(fēng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)間，解決了空冷器風(fēng)機(jī)停運(yùn)對裝置造成的影響，確保了生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。 關(guān)鍵詞：風(fēng)機(jī)；變頻器；控制系統(tǒng)；改造 [b][align=center]Modifications to Frequency Transformer Control System of the Fan of Air Cooler in DCS System ZHANG Xue—feng，BIAN Lian—fang，LIU Feng，CHEN Feng （Natural Gas Processing Plant of Zhongyuan Oil&Gas High Technology Stock Co．，Ltd．，Henan Puyang 457162，China）[/align][/b] Abstract：In DCS system，although the state of air eooler on normal operation is well informed，no message is available when the fan of air cooler is in shutdown and/or breakdown and the longer restart time is one of main reasens for the unsteadiness of operational parameters and product quality．To solve this problem，we had opti—mized frequency transformer param eters and improved the control circuits，added the alarm message to DCS sys—tem once the air cooler fan is in breakdown ．At the same time，we improved the restart time from 3 minutes to 5 seconds．Based on these eflbrts，the negative influence of shutdown and/or breakdown on the production system is avoided thorouhgly． Key words：fan ；frequency transform er；control system；modification 1 改造前系統(tǒng)狀態(tài) （1）正常啟動(dòng)過程：按下啟動(dòng)按鈕SB2后由L11→FU→KA→SB1→SB2→→KM→KH→N構(gòu)成回路，KM和KA1得電吸合，松開SB2后由于KM的觸點(diǎn)的自鎖作用，KM和KA1保持吸合。變頻器TD2000得電，F(xiàn)WD為變頻器運(yùn)行控制輸人端，KA1閉合使變頻器進(jìn)入運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，空冷器風(fēng)機(jī)得電運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。此時(shí)KM的常開觸點(diǎn)閉合，DCS系統(tǒng)顯示空冷器風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行。 [b][align=center]詳細(xì)內(nèi)容請點(diǎn)擊： 空冷器風(fēng)機(jī)變頻器的DCS狀態(tài)顯示控制系統(tǒng)改造[/align][/b]
